If you’re interested in a new kind of yoga, let us know. We recently offered ‘Sound Yoga.’ This means we did yoga with a yoga instructor to live music. We had a professional cello player and it was divine! After about 90 minutes of yoga, we had a guided visualization to help us deepen and listen to our inner wisdom.
